How Our Business Operates

• Sourcing: We purchase genuine products from reputable distributors and wholesalers. Brand names, logos, and imagery belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

• Inventory & fulfillment: Products are stored at our facility in Düzce, Turkey. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from Turkey. 

• Shipping: We ship to U.S. addresses only, using FedEx International Priority. All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so you do not pay additional customs duties or import taxes on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for service areas, cut-off times, and delivery estimates.

• Returns: If you change your mind or something arrives damaged, you can request a free prepaid return label to our U.S. return facility in Kansas (subject to eligibility). See our Refund Policy for details and timelines.

• Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards and popular digital wallets (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). See our Terms of Service for more information.

• U.S. shipping from our Turkish fulfillment center: Orders are shipped from Düzce, Turkey via FedEx International Priority to U.S. addresses only, with DDP service so there are no surprise customs charges on delivery.

• Easy, no-cost return label: If your order is eligible under our Refund Policy, we provide a prepaid return label. We do not offer direct exchanges; simply return and reorder if needed.
