Shipping policy

1) Shipping Destination

  • We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands) at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A valid street address is required for delivery.
  • Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Düzce, Turkey (Şerefiye Mahallesi Şehit Ruhsar Cd No:15B Merkez Düzce TURKEY).

2) Shipping Carrier and Service

  • Our shipping carrier is FedEx.
  • We use FedEx International Priority service for all shipments.
  • All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means you will not pay any additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
  • In rare cases, we may split an order into multiple parcels. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

3) Shipping Rates

  • Orders $75 and over: Free shipping
  • Orders under $75: $3.90 flat rate
  • All prices are displayed in USD at checkout.

4) Processing Time

  • Processing time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Daily cut-off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed the next business day.

5) Delivery Time

  • Typical delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

6) Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the FedEx website.

7) Delivery Signature

  • Signature is not required by default.
  • If you prefer signature confirmation, contact us after placing your order via email or phone. We will add this service at no extra cost.

8) Address Changes and Corrections

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately if you need to correct your shipping address. We will update it at no charge.
  • After shipment: If your order has already shipped, we will recall the package, cancel the order, and issue a refund according to our Refund Policy. No additional fees will be charged.
  • Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

9) Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking shows no updates or your package is overdue, contact us at hello@skinsb.com with your order number.
  • We will contact FedEx to investigate.
  • If FedEx cannot confirm delivery to your address, we will offer a refund or reshipment per our Refund Policy.
  • If FedEx confirms delivery to your address, the order is considered delivered and a refund will not be issued.

10) Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Contact us before 4:00 PM CT on business days to modify or cancel your order.
  • After shipment: We will recall the package and process a cancellation and refund according to our Refund Policy at no extra charge.

11) Business Days and Holidays

  • All processing and delivery timeframes refer to business days (Monday–Friday).
  • U.S. federal holidays are excluded from processing and delivery estimates.
